Hi girls looking for a room!

We are Nynke, Nynke, and Francien (±24), all in the final phase of our studies or at our first job. A lovely room will become available in our rental house on E. Thomassen à Thuessinklaan as of February 1st! This means we are looking for a new female housemate. For a good match, we are looking for someone who is also in the final phase of her studies, around our age (24), a non-smoker, and planning to live here for at least a year. Does this sound like you? Some more information about the room and the house:

* The location is ideal: Lidl and Action are a 2-minute walk away, and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by bike.
* The room is approx. 13 m² and the rent (excluding utilities) will be around €545. The room has good lighting, has its own sink, and overlooks the street.
* There is no living room in the house, but we often stop by each other’s rooms to chat. No mandatory house nights, just spontaneous, gezellige conversations. We are a quiet house :)
* You will share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with us.
