About the place

My spacious furnished room will be available for sublet, because im going on exchange, in a shared house located at Kleine Rozenstraat 23a, Groningen. The room comes with basic furniture (including bed, wardrobe, desk), which will remain in the room during the sublet period.

You’ll be living in a house with three housemates, sharing the kitchen, toilet, and shower. The house is located in a great area close to the city center and Noorderplantsoen.

Available from now until November 1st, 2025,
with possible extension until February 1st, 2026, depending on renewal of my main rental contract.
I am therefore specifically looking for someone who is also willing to stay until February 1st, 2026, if possible.
