Location

The student rooms are located in the lively Stadspark district, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center. In the area, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and gyms. The ring road and other major routes are also quickly and easily accessible.

Layout

Upon entering through the central entrance, you have access to both your private student room and the shared facilities within the building. The rooms are spacious (ranging from 11 to 17m²). The property features a fully equipped communal kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. In addition, there is a shared living room—an ideal space to relax and spend time with your housemates.

Rent

Room 1: €595.97 including an advance payment of €75 for water, gas, electricity, internet, and television.

Room 2: €517.31 including an advance payment of €75 for water, gas, electricity, internet, and television.

Room 3: €536.99 including an advance payment of €75 for water, gas, electricity, internet, and television.

Room 5: €664.75 including an advance payment of €75 for water, gas, electricity, internet, and television.

Viewings
