About the place

Starting August 1st, a large, bright room will become available in our house.

It is not a typical student house; we prefer someone who is already working or a PhD student. We are looking for sociable housemates who are focused on their own lives and seek refuge in the house for peace and quiet.

Once every two weeks, we eat together with all the housemates and the owners, who have small children. There is a nice social atmosphere; if you get a flat tire, you can always ask the owners for help, and open communication is important.

Parties are not allowed. Additionally, we are looking for non-smokers! We are mindful of gas, water, and electricity use.

There is also a bicycle available for use throughout the year, provided you take care of maintenance yourself (saves you a Swapfiets subscription).
We are an international house: German, Spanish, Argentinian, and Dutch.

Practical details:
You will share the kitchen and bathroom with 3 others. Starting September 1st, you will share the toilet with only 1 other person (an extra toilet is under construction). There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
