About the place

Room for rent for a short period of 6 months from July 15th to January 14th. It is a semi-detached house in the villa district of Helpman/De Wijert. The house has a large shared kitchen-diner where you can sit to eat, and is equipped with all appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, air fryer, oven, sandwich maker, and several other appliances; everything is free of charge and for shared use. The kitchen-diner, toilet, shower, and garden are for shared use. The room is furnished and clean, so please leave it clean upon departure. Rent is 400 euros per month and the deposit is a one-time payment of 400 euros. We are looking for a young, sociable, and spontaneous lady who enjoys fun game nights and likes to eat anything. We are looking for an international student; various nationalities live here and everyone is treated equally. If another room becomes available, the resident can stay longer, but then move to the room that becomes vacant.
