About the place

Hey everyone!

We’re looking for a new housemate! Our place is a mixed, dutch and international house (there are five of us in total), and to keep the balance we’re looking for a girl, 20+, staying for at least a year

We’re a pretty social house - we like hanging out, have house nights every other week, and throw a party every now and then.

The room is available from October 20th, indefinitely. You’ll actually have two rooms: one is a bedroom that fits a double bed and wardrobe, and the other works well as an office with space for a desk, a small bookcase, and it even has a sink with cabinet. Some furniture can be taken over, and the walls will all be painted white before you move in.

You’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and a big garden with the rest of us. We keep things clean with a cleaning schedule.

Rent is about €400 a month, with a €350 deposit, and a one time cost of around €60. Registration with the municipality is possible.

If you’re interested, just send us a short message with some info about yourself (age, hobbies, etc.) and any questions you might have. The hospi’s will be in week 40 or 41.
