A private room (approx. 10 m²) will be available in my spacious 2-bedroom apartment (70 m²) in Groningen, starting June 1st. The apartment is currently mostly unfurnished but will be gradually furnished over time. The living room already includes a 55-inch smart TV and PlayStation 5 – great for relaxing evenings!

Private bedroom (approx. 10 m² – to furnish yourself)
Shared: bright living room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, and a clean bathroom
Two balconies (morning and evening sun!)

Located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood with shops and public transport nearby
Looking for:
A calm and responsible roommate (M/F/X, working or recent graduate). Age is not a dealbreaker – as long as you’re respectful and easy to live with. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. No pets, please.

Rent:
€645/month all-in (incl. gas, water, electricity, internet, and service costs)
Deposit: one month’s rent
