About the place

For the period April to July, with possible extension, I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful semi-studio in Groningen, located at the beginning of the Oosterparkwijk. This is a five-minute bike ride to the city center and within walking distance of the supermarket. Zernike is about 15 minutes by bike. There is even a bus stop around the corner!
You will live here with two friendly housemates, who love to eat together and chat, but who also do their own thing. 
You'll share the bathroom with toilet with two housemates, you have the living room and kitchen to yourself! 
A sublease contract will be drawn up, so you can apply for the non-resident grant!
