Additionally, there is a shared living room-kitchen of over 45 m², a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, access to a washing machine, and a small garden for shared use. You will live with two housemates.
The house is located in a green neighborhood, with a shopping center offering essential amenities about a five-minute bike ride away. The city center and Zernike are approximately a 15-20 minute bike ride away. Free parking is available in front of the house.
In consultation with the housemates, it is possible to have pets.
