There are three other rooms in the house, all rooms are rented out by studying ladies. Average age around 20/22.

You share the bathroom and toilet with the other housemates. 
In your own room you will find:

The house is located in a quiet and safe area and within walking distance of Central Station and within walking distance of the centre of Groningen. Ideal for studying in peace and yet close to the centre. There are also shops within walking distance for your daily needs.

Registration with the local municipality and with the university at this address is possible. The house has all kinds of safety features such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and fire blankets.

The rental contract is for a minimum of one year. Shorter than one year is not possible. Of course, longer is no problem. Kindly request not to respond if you are looking for a room for a period shorter than one year.
