About the place

There are three other rooms in the house, all rooms are rented out by students.

Nice spacious room with your own sink in your room. Two large windows (double glazing) with lots of daylight. Double glazing, lots of light and the possibility to open windows.

The room has a very nice laminate floor and has a built-in closet with lots of space. Desk and chair available. Due to the built-in closet, it is not necessary to place another wardrobe.

There are three other rooms in the house. You share the bathroom and toilet with the other housemates. You share the kitchen with two other housemates, one housemate has his own kitchen.

The house is neatly maintained and very clean.

The house is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of the Central Station and within walking distance of the centre of Groningen. Ideal for studying in peace and quiet and yet nice and close to the centre.

The house and room meet all safety requirements (fire extinguisher, smoke detector, periodic inspection, etc.).

Registration with this address at the municipality and university is possible.

The room is available per 1st of june. Viewing will be possible. 

The rental contract is for a minimum of one year. Of course longer is no problem.
