About the place

Spacious room with straight walls, high ceilings and lots of windows. The house has 2 balconies and is located in the Oosterpark, within walking distance of the city centre and the UMCG. By car you are on the highway in no time. 

You will be the only roommate, so lots of privacy. Attached to the room is a spacious kitchen, which you basically have all to yourself. We only share the bathroom and toilet. There is also storage room with enough space to park your bike. 

I am looking for a neat and relaxed (and non smoking) roommate.
