As of September 1, we will have a cozy room available in a peaceful neighborhood in southwest Groningen! 
The 13 m2 private bedroom is located on the top floor of our beautiful semi-detached house. Only a wardrobe will stay in the room. 

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room area, a bathroom and our fully furnished kitchen, including an oven, an induction stove, and a dishwasher. We have a washing machine and a small backyard where you can garden. There is also a shed for storing bicycles etc. on the back side of the house.

A variety of supermarkets can be reached by bike in just 7 min. The city center is about a 15-minute bike ride away. If you prefer the bus, you can find a stop only 2 minutes walking distance from the house.

The monthly rent is €525. There are additional service costs of €135 to cover gas, water, electricity, internet, and television.

You will live with a 25-year-old German girl who studies Arts, Culture, and Media at the university. She enjoys being creative and regularly attending cultural events, but she also likes spending time at home and in the backyard.

We are looking for a female tenant who is at least 20 years old and has a stable lifestyle. Ideally, you would have experience living with roommates and have good communication skills.
