About the place

From the 10th of Frebruary there will be a nice room available in our beautiful semidetached house (85m2!!!). I am looking for a female roommate (minimal age 23) to live with the other tenant (female of 24 years old, working).
 
The private bedroom is 13 m2 on the first floor with a new well isolated window that can be opened and heater in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. On the ground floor the joint living room is located including a seating area and a dining area with doors opening to the back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with amongst others an oven, induction stove and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom and the toilet are clean and almost new. A laundry room is present including a washing machine. A nice backyard is present as well as a shed/bicycle storage on the back side of the house.
 
The mall ‘Vinkhuizen’ is located at 1.000 meters distance and by bike you reach the city centre in no time. The house is located within a two minutes walk from the bus stop. Rent for the room is € 500,- a month. This is excluding gas, water and electricity. Additional costs are €135,- to cover gas, water and electricity, but also internet and television.
 
I am looking for a female tenant that has a regular life.
