The house has four bedrooms, neat kitchen and bathroom, a large storage room for bicycles and a sunny south-facing garden. The house also comes equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, this corner house is equipped with a beautiful sliding door to the garden. All in all, a very suitable home for university students as it is spacious with 4 bedrooms and common areas such as a large living room. The house consists of 3 floors, ground floor plus two floors above.
Currently there is 1 bedroom of 8m2 that is available to be rented. 

Surroundings:
In the immediate vicinity there are all kinds of amenities including a shopping center with Albert Heijn, Lidl, Etos and Dominos pizza to name a few. There is a bus stop located right behind the house and with the bus number 4 the city centre is only a 15 minute bus ride which is convenient. 
With a cycle, within fifteen minutes you can cycle into the city center of Groningen. Additionally the Groningen university UMCG campus is merely a 13 minute bike ride away whilst the Academy building is a 15 minute bike ride away. 

Currently 3 university students are living here and we are looking for 1 other female student who would like to share the house as well.
