Subtenant wanted (international) – Herestraat, Groningen

We are looking for an international, English-speaking subtenant (m) for one room in our house located in the southern part of Groningen City. 

📍 Location: Herestraat 95B, 9711LE , Groningen
📅 Period: February 1st – August 1st
💰 Rent: €800 per month (including gas, water, and electricity)

You will have your own private room and can use the shared kitchen. The house is shared with 10 male housemates, and we really live together as a group, but it is not expected that you join in or mix too much—the room is for your own space.

👤 We are looking for someone who is:
	•	International (not from the Netherlands)
	•	20-26 years old
	•	Male 
	•	Independent, tidy, and respectful
