About the place

Hello!
A nice, cozy room is becoming available in a shared house (registration is possible, indefinite rent) with dutch/internationals (9 in total). 
The house is situated in Rivierenbuurt, right behind the train station so you are 5 minutes away from the center by bike! 15 minutes to Zernike. There is the Staadspark right next to the house as well and there is an aldi, action, and Plus right around.
The house has two kitchens with dishwasher, gas stove, and plenty amenities. Two bathrooms with showers and two toilets. We also have a cozy living room. 
We are a house that likes to spend time together in the living room chilling, watching movies, or playing games. We all do different studies and jobs so we respect our personal time.

The security deposit is 2 months rent and most of the furniture will need to be taken over.
