About the place

One of the two rooms in our flat is available. The flat is located on the third floor of the building and features a large window overlooking Herestraat.

You would be sharing the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, and storage room with one other person. The supermarket is just a two-minute walk away, and the Academy Building is only a nine-minute walk.

We’re looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, and cooperative.

Important:

The contract has a minimum duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.

You will need to take over the current furniture in the room for €200.

My name is Alex, I'm a 24 year old Ecuadorian/German guy. I'm finishing my master in International law this year. Next year I will be starting my long distance internship in Delft.
