In our house a room will be available from December 1st in a cozy girls house, but everyone does their own thing.

- small built-in closet in the room 
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 other residents 
- No brokerage costs 
- 1 month rent deposit 
- costs include service costs including internet and washing machine rental 
- there is a roof terrace. 
Viewing is also possible by appointment. Preference for Tue 12 Nov or Fri 22 Nov
