Per 1 februari komt bij ons huis in de Hendrikstraat een kamer vrij! De kamer op de bovenste verdieping is ongeveer 15m2, en zal €430,- p/m gaan kosten (incl. g/w/l). De ligging van het huis is top, met 7 minuutjes fietsen sta je op de Grote Markt, met 20 minuten op Zernike en de supermarkt (Plus) zit letterlijk om de hoek! De kamer heeft twee ramen, eentje aan de voorkant en eentje aan de zijkant van het huis. Op warme zomerdagen kun je de ramen tegen elkaar open zetten waardoor het lekker blijft doorwaaien!

De keuken, badkamer en het toilet zul je delen met 2 meiden, twee taalstudenten! De sfeer in het huis is gezellig, we staan altijd open om eens samen te eten of thee te drinken :) We houden allebei veel van boeken en (alternatieve) muziek, Megan maakt ook haar eigen muziek. Daarnaast is het een schoon en rustig huis, aangezien we beiden veel waarde hechten aan goed kunnen studeren/slapen! Ook hebben we een wekelijks roulerend schoonmaakrooster.

Looking for a roommate (F) 🌻

As of February 1, a room will become available at our house in Hendrikstraat! The room on the top floor is approximately 15m2, and will cost €430 (incl.) per month. The location of the house is great, you can cycle to the Grote Markt in 7 minutes, you can reach Zernike in 20 minutes and the supermarket (Plus) is literally around the corner! The room has two windows, one at the front and one at the side of the house. On hot summer days you can open the windows simultaneously so that the wind continues to blow through!

You will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with 2 girls, two English students! The atmosphere in the house is cozy, we are always open to eating or drinking tea together :) We both love books and (alternative) music, Megan also makes her own music. In addition, it is a clean and quiet house, as we both attach great importance to being able to study/sleep well! We also have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule.
