About the place

We are looking for a friendly new housemate (m/f) in the beautiful neighbourhood of Helpman!

We are a sociable house consisting of three guys, aged between 22 and 26, either finishing our studies or recently started working. Because of this, we all have fairly busy schedules, but we try to have an evening with the house roughly once a week. Besides that, we occasionally have dinner together or hang out during the evening watching something or playing games.

The rent is excluding utilities: the costs for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity are around €80 per month. Wi-Fi is managed by Hidde, and the gas/water/electricity (GWE) are handled by Lex. Also, the rent price still needs to be calculated by the landlord, so it may turn out a bit cheaper or a bit more expensive.
