About the place

Dear working (studying?) person,

There is a very recent vacancy in a spacious bedroom in the apartment I've been living in since August. The apartment itself is quite roomy in a quiet street and pleasantly calm neighborhood; close to several supermarkets (Groen van Prinstererlaan). I (M,27) am looking with for a working (studying optional) person to split the rent with 50/50. This includes everything at 730 per month per person. Since I work a lot and do a parttime MSc degree as well, I would like to keep (most of) the current peace. This is why I'm looking to take in an accountable adult who, with regards to the rental price, preferably has a steady income. 
I myself like to cook, and way too much, so that's a bonus. Furthermore, I'm keen at keeping things reasonably clean and once every week or two I host an evening with 5/6 friends in the living room, which we always aim to end at 11 tops. Please due to past experience no smokers, even though we have two balconies.
As you can see in the attached pictures the vacant bedroom is pretty big; bigger than the other one I'm in, but I'm all settled in as is. That bedroom is attached to the living room by large window (not sure why either) but there's a privacy curtain there to block any and all view while still getting plenty of light. There's also a balcony (accessible from the kitchen) attached to the other side of the room (back of the apartment) which in an already quiet neighborhood means very little noise gets through. Your bedroom has plenty of space for a closet, desk, and even a king-size bed such as previous roommate had.
I'll have to refurnish and redecorate the living room as you can see since the last roommate took ownership of nearly all furniture and decorations. I'm very open to suggestions!
We've got separate rooms for a shower & sink in one, and bathroom in another. All rooms are attached to a central one where there's plenty of space for coats, shoes, bags and the like. 
There's a balcony out front as well as out back, but the view is limited as we live on what is practically ground floor without downstairs neighbors. 
The kitchen includes most if not all creature comforts! Recently a new boiler but also a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and I've invested in many good pans. The large standing fridge/freezer combi I bought myself, but that means you've got your own half fridge under the cabinets near the furnace.
Registration is possible (I think it may be compulsory, even) through Gruno agency. I've never had direct contact with the actual owner, but I've also never really had complaints so.. 
Moving can be as soon as mid May, then we'll arrange your rent for the remainder of the month instead of full month. Ideally you would move in before June.
