Available from April 1st: a neat room in a student house in Vinkhuizen, located near Zernike.

The room has a total surface of 20m2 and has a modern and neat finish. The room has a high ceiling and has large windows, which allows for a lot of light. The room is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. The living space has a rectangular shape and can therefore be divided into a sleeping/living and study area. Finally, there is a spacious, handy walk-in closet at the back of the room.

Four other (partly international and partly Dutch) housemates of different genders live in the house. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the communal sunny backyard of approx. 70m2. The house also has a shared washing machine. There is a cozy and friendly atmosphere inside the house. The residents get along well with each other, so there is always room for a nice chat, but it is also possible to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The living space is located in the Goudlaan and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center can also be reached within a few minutes by bike, the city center is approximately ten minutes away and the Central Station is a 15-minute bike ride away.

The rental price of the living space is €664,- incl. G/W/E, internet, Vluchtroute Veilig and municipal levies. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

Good to know about how we manage this rental space:
* We are available 7 days a week via WhatsApp and always answer within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
* Rent as long or as short as you like.
* In case of technical problems, we aim to solve them within a maximum of two weeks.

All our rental units have a non-smoking policy, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
