About the place

Available per November 1: a spacious room in a student house in Vinkhuizen, located near Zernike. 

The room has a total area of about 17m2 and has a modern and neat finish. The room has a high ceiling and has large windows so there is a lot of light. The room is located on the second floor at the front of the house. The living space has a rectangular shape and is therefore good to divide into a sleeping / living and study area. 

In the house live four other (partly international and partly Dutch) roommates of different gender. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the common sunny backyard of about 70m2. The house also has a shared washing machine. Within the house there is a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The residents get along well with each other, so there is always room for a pleasant chat, but it is also quite possible to withdraw to your room to focus on your studies, for example. 

The general areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The living space is located in Goudlaan and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center can also be reached within a few minutes by bike, the city center is about ten minutes away and the Main Station a 15-minute bike ride away. 

The rent of the living space is €664,- incl. G/W/E, internet, Escape Route Safe and municipal taxes. The deposit of the living space is equal to one month's rent. 

Good to know about how we manage for this rental space:
- Via WhatsApp, we are available 7 days a week and always reply within 48 (office) hours. So you are never alone and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!
- Rent as long or as short, as desired.
- In case of technical defects, we aim to solve them in a maximum of two weeks.
 
A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
