About the place

Two nice/sporty men (25 years old, from Zimbabwe, International Business students) in a pleasant 3-person student apartment on Gorechtkade (close to the city center/UCMG) with a view of a pond and a sunny southwest-facing balcony are looking for a sociable, neat, and reliable housemate as of May 1st for the (furnished) rooms of 11 + 8 m² (living room and bedroom with a total of 3 spacious built-in closets). We respect each other's privacy and do our best to keep the common area clean and tidy.

All rooms open onto the hallway; the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony are shared. The apartment has central heating and there is a bicycle shed. The rent is 570 euros, incl. energy. If you are interested, please let us know so we can arrange a viewing quickly.
