About the place

Dear room seekers,

As of May 11, this room will become available in Vinkhuizen, Groningen (please only respond if you are able to start paying rent from May 11). Although it’s a bit of a bike ride to the city center (approximately 15 minutes), it is very close to Zernike.

The room is about 30 m² and includes a private kitchen. Some walls are painted blue, but they can be repainted if desired.

You will be living with four housemates: Niccolò, Mayli, Michela, and another new (yet unknown) housemate. Everyone is a student between the ages of 20–25. People are generally quite independent. When the weather is nice, there’s occasionally a BBQ in the shared garden, but nothing is mandatory.

The rent will be approximately €500 per month (subject to confirmation), excluding gas, water, and electricity. These are arranged by the housemates themselves; everyone has a task and the costs are shared. It would be appreciated if the new housemate could take over the gas contract.
