About the place

Hey everyone,

We’re Aaron, Anky, and Dorothea, two Dutchies and one Greek, and we’re looking for a new housemate starting July 1st! Our current housemate, Julia, is going abroad for a year, so her room will be available for a one-year sublet.

We live in a calm and cozy house where we share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with the four of us. We also have a nice, spacious garden, which is perfect for relaxing in the summer or hanging your laundry. There’s also a garden shed and an attic that we use for storage.

We’re a quiet household: two of us are students and one works full-time. So we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. We enjoy hanging out together, playing board games, going for walks, exploring the city, or sharing a meal. When the weather is nice, we also love having a little picnic outside by the water in front of the house. Other than a cleaning schedule, there are no obligations.

The room is about 10m² and the rent is 347 incl. utilities, and the deposit is 247. The room comes with two built-in closets and a sink, and looks out onto the street. Julia would prefer to leave her furniture (in consultation), as she’s planning to return after a year. Registration at the address is possible.

The hospi (housemate meet-up) will take place on the evening of May 15 (time TBA).
