Three housemates live in the house. You'll share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and balcony with them. The house has a friendly, welcoming, and peaceful atmosphere. There's always time for a chat, but it's also perfectly possible to retreat to your room to quietly focus on your studies.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V. (Escape Route Safety).

Friesestraatweg is a long road, but this house is a 5-minute bike ride (1900m) from the city center, 1800m from the train station, and 1000m from Westerhaven. In short, a very convenient location to live.

The rent for this accommodation is €419, including Vlucht Route Veilig and municipal taxes. Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included, which the housemates arrange themselves. The deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the accommodation, you will pay a one-time rental fee of €245 to the owner.
