Are you looking for a furnished room in a modern and peaceful apartment in Groningen? Starting July 1 (preferably July 10 for a smoother handover), a private bedroom of approx. 16 m² will become available in a 105 m² apartment, shared only with me.

🏠 About the apartment:
Located in a beautiful building by the water
-10 minutes by bike to Zernike Campus, 7 minutes to the city center
-Private bicycle parking and access to a residents-only gym
-Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
-Rent: €925/month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes)
-Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Minimum rental period: 6 months guaranteed
After that, extension is possible if confirmed 1 to 2 months in advance (end date currently unknown)

🛏️ About the room:
The room is approx. 16 m² and comes fully furnished. The following items need to be taken over:

Bed, desk, lamp, small cabinet, clothing rack, and nightstand
(The mattress can also be purchased if desired)

The wardrobe and rug are mine but may be used during your stay.

The takeover price for the furniture is approximately €350 (to be discussed with my current flatmate).

👤 About you:
You’ll be sharing the apartment only with me. I’m looking for someone between 19 and 29 years old who is independent, tidy, and respectful. Someone who enjoys having their own life and space, while living in a comfortable and quiet environment.
