Are you looking for a spacious, fully furnished room in a modern and peaceful apartment in Groningen? Starting July 1 (preferably July 10 for a smoother handover), a private bedroom of approx. 16 m² will become available in a shared 105 m² apartment that you’ll share with me.

What the apartment offers:

-Located in a beautiful building by the water in Groningen
-Just 10 minutes by bike to Zernike Campus
-Only 7 minutes to the city center
-Includes residents-only gym access
-Private bicycle parking
-Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
Rent: €934/month, all-inclusive (utilities, internet, municipal taxes)
-Deposit: 1 month’s rent
-Minimum stay: 6 months, with extension possible upon agreement 

About the room:
The room is approx. 16 m2 and comes furnished with items that need to be taken over including:

Bed, Desk, Lamp, Small cabinet, Clothing rack, Nightstand.
The mattress can also be purchased if desired.
The total price for the furniture takeover is still to be determined.

Additionally, you're welcome to use the wardrobe and rug during your stay free of charge.

About me (your future roommate):
You’ll be sharing the apartment only with me — no crowded house, just a clean
and comfortable space for two. I’m looking for someone between 20 and 28, who is clean, social, independent and respectful. Someone who values a peaceful, tidy living environment and enjoys having their own space and life.
