About the place

We are looking for a new female (non-smoking) housemate to live in our student house at the Fossemaheerd in Groningen. 
The room is available per the 1st of November (maybe a bit sooner if discussed). It has a surface of 14m2 and is located at the ground floor. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet, which you share with five others and there is a kitchen, which you share with three others. The room costs are €318,- per month and a one time guarantee which is also €318,-. Furthermore a washing machine, oven, microwave and personal fridge with freezer part is present. 
There is a shopping center in the neighborhood (5 minute walk) and there is a bus stop nearby (1 minute walk). This bus drives directly to the center and the train station of Groningen. It is a 15 minute bike ride to the Zernike campus and the UMCG.
Currently there are 4 men and 1 woman living in the house. We like to live quietly and we like to keep things clean. We have an open door policy and we have drinks quite often. We also go into town biweekly.  We are looking for someone that fits in with this and also likes this lifestyle.
