A room in this beautiful house in the city centre will be free for 1 month (June 1st-30th; but also less if you need). 
You would substitute an Italian guy (23) who lives with two girls, Australian (21) and German-Polish (21). 
The room is about 14m2, is very cozy and comes totally furnished. Toilet, shower, living room and kitchen are shared (see pictures).
The house is in the heart of the city in one of the most important shopping streets of Groningen. You will live 5 min walk from the Train Station and the main squares (Vismarkt, Grotemarkt). 15 min cycling to Zernike. 

Price: 640€/month (g/w/e/internet included)
Alternatively: 21€/day

Viewings:
- Online (preferred) = flexible
- In presence = any time after 7:00 pm
