The Floreshuis is looking for a new roommate! (m/f – 19+) PLEASE SHARE
As of February 8, a room will become available for subletting until June 8 in this picturesque villa on the Floresplaya, located in the Korreweg district. This is a fifteen-minute bike ride to Zernike and five minutes to the center. Opposite is the Appie.
You have two rooms of 18 m2 together. You also have a beautiful view over the pond. You also share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. This includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The room will be delivered almost furnished, the bed will be taken out and some other personal items will be removed. Coincidentally, you also get a spacious balcony with a large roof terrace. The rental price for this room is € 413 incl. g/w/l.
Furthermore, we are a cozy, non-binding house that visits each other regularly. We sometimes have a house evening on Tuesdays and no one is averse to eating together. We are looking for a student or a recently graduated student who is serious about his/her studies, or someone who has just started working.
