About the place

Hello dear room seeker, 

I am Irene and I am subletting my room as I am leaving for Erasmus. My housemate (Tessa) and I are looking for a female tenant. We respect our common spaces, cleaning and good maintainance are highly important, in order to assure a good co-living. 

The house is located in a quiet residential area with a communal spirit. Here you will have your own private room and share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. There is also a small courtyard. 

The centre is at 15 mins walking distance, while Zernike Campus is at 27 mins walking (around 12 cycling). There is a bus stop right at the end of the street and also a supermarket. 

The bills are taken care by us and they amount to around 150€ p/m. Viewing can be scheduled both online or in person.
