About the place

 Female Masters/Phd student preferred. 
A room in an " All girls" house with gardens is available for a clean, tidy, quiet female.  You share this beautiful house with only 2 female students. 
All basic furniture, washing machine, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, pillows, duvet, bed sheets are provided. 
1 minute walk to supermarkets and bus stop. 15 minutes bike ride to city center, 20 minutes ride to Zenike campus. 
No parties, loud noises,  smoking, pets,  unwashed plates, etc.
