About the place

Female Masters/Exchange student preferred. 
A spacious room in a 3 bedroom house with gardens is available for a clean, tidy, quiet student. You share this beautiful house with only 2 female students.
All basic furniture, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, bedsheets, pillows, duvets are provided. 
No parties, smoking, pets, unwashed plates, etc.
1 minute walk to supermarkets and bus stop,  15 minutes bike ride to city center,  20 minutes ride to Zenike campus. 
Please introduce yourself : age, nationality, course undertaken, interests when responding to the listing. 
Only applicants with a profile picture will be considered. Do not apply if you CANNOT keep to the one year contract.
