About the place

A Tidy room in a well decorated house with gardens is available for a clean, tidy, quiet female.  You share this beautiful house with only 2 female students. 
All basic furniture, washing machine, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, pillows, duvet, bed sheets are provided. 
1 minute walk to supermarkets and bus stop. 15 minutes bike ride to city center, 20 minutes ride to Zenike campus. 
No parties, loud noises,  smoking, pets,  unwashed plates, etc. 
Please introduce yourself : Age, nationality,  course undertaken, interests when responding to the listing. 
Only applicants with a profile picture will be considered. 
A discount may be possible from April  to June if you want to reserve the room for September onwards.
