About the place

I’m going abroad for my exchange semester (July–February) and am subletting my beautiful, centrally located apartment in Groningen (near Westerhaven).

The apartment is a two-story maisonette located in a Xior building and is fully furnished, including a TV. The new tenant will sign an official rental contract directly with the landlord for the period from July 1st until February 28th.

Rent is €1,027 per month, all-inclusive (utilities, internet, etc.).

Online and in-person viewings are possible.

You’ll be living with my lovely roommate Lena. The apartment offers:
