Looking for someone to take over my 18 m2 room at the Eemskanaal. The room has its own kitchen, toilet is shared with one other roommate and the shower is shared with several others. Washing machine and dryer are shared and free to use. The rental price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, wifi). The landlord prefers an international female student to take over the room. The contract is for an indefinite time. Location is great for people who study in the city center or at the UMCG.
