About the place

Hello! From December 1st a room will become available in our apartment. The room is 9m2 and has its own sink. It comes with furniture as well so you don’t have to worry about that. You would be sharing the kitchen, shower and the toilet with 2 other people. The rent is 375 euro including energy costs + 12.14 euro for internet so that makes 387.14 euro in total per month. There is also a deposit of 375 euro, and the contract is indefinite. 

You would be living with me (Zu, 24, Slovakia), and Runa (22, Germany). We both like reading and exercising and we’re quite chill. We’re also vegetarian/vegan so if you are too that’s a plus (but you don’t have to be). We don’t have a common area so there’s not much space to socialize, but I’m always down for a hallway yap <3. We also have a cleaning schedule that we follow but since our place is small, it’s nothing crazy. We’re looking for a clean, organized and quiet-ish person that’s further in their studies. If you think you wanna live with us, please tell me something about yourself and what are your roommate expectations. We can schedule a viewing or a hospi in person or via call.
