About the place

I am offering my room for sublet from April to July (possibly until August in consultation). The room is located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood, 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and 20 minutes by bike to Zernike.

Rent: €315 per month excluding gas, water, electricity, and internet (approximately €100 extra).
Looking for: A student or a young professional (English or Dutch-speaking).

The house has two showers, two kitchens, and two toilets, which you will share with six housemates. They are all in the later stages of their studies or have recently started working.
