Shared spaces:
You share the kitchen, living room, the balcony, shower, toilet and storage room with one other tenant.
Important: At the moment the whole house is empty, and so you can propose a roommate for the other room!!!
In the kitchen (7 M2) is all equipment already present: the refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner stove, kettle. The washer and dryer are separate in a built-in closet. 
An inventory list is part of the rental agreement.

The spacious living room (28 M2) has a lovely balcony (5 M2), and gives a fantastic view.
The shower (2 M2) and toilet (1 M2) are separate.
In the storage room on the ground floor you can safely store the bikes.

Location:
From the apartment there is a good connection to public transportation. There is a shopping center with supermarket within walking distance. By bike the center and central station is 10 minutes away. Parking your car is not a problem, both for your own car as well as for visitors.

Service costs:
The landlord can organize the service costs (gas, water, electricity, water, internet, maintenance central heating boiler, municipal taxes), but the tenants can also do this themselves.
As an indication, based on the consumption of the previous residents, consider an additional € 200/month in service costs.
