About the place

Bright, west-facing room on the third floor of a 100-year-old apartement, located on a green square. Room fully furnished, incl.linen and kitchenware. Shoppingcentre, swimming pool, gym and tenniscourt a 5 min. walk. Centre Gr. 10 min. cycling. Covered cycle shed. 
I am a retired HVE teacher and working as a professional artist in my studio elsewhere.
I have been renting for 24 years now to, mostly, foreign PhD students, scientists and musicians. People who, like me, somewhat outgrown intensive social student life and appreciate a quiet, relaxed place to live. Most of them stayed for a longer period , four of them even for 4 years, but 6 months is the min.
