A beautiful room will become available for rent at Damsterdiep starting May 1st. It is approximately 23 m² in size and situated on the 2nd floor at the front of the building. The room features a brand-new kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, hob, and extractor hood.
The shower and toilet are shared with the other residents.

The rent is € 680, including gas, water, electricity, and municipal taxes.
