About the place

Yooo, we’re looking for a new flatmate starting June 1st!
We’re currently two guys sharing a great apartment. We live right next to the Stadspark, and the available space consists of two smaller rooms upstairs (about 15 m² in total) with a balcony.

We also have a nice, spacious living room with a couch, dining table, etc., and a big kitchen (with a dishwasher!). Everything else like the kitchen, bathroom, etc., is shared.

It’s about a 7-minute bike ride to the city center, there’s a Plus supermarket nearby, and of course, we’re right next to the park. We’re also close to Westerhaven, which has gyms, barbers, and pretty much everything else you need.

We’re looking for someone who is just responsible with the basics: cleaning up after yourself, no hassle with paying rent on time, etc. And of course, we want a good, chill vibe in the house.
Important detail: due to municipality rules, the third tenant currently cannot register at this address. We hope this will change in the near future, but that's up to the municipality.
