HOUSEMATE WANTED (M/F)

For this beautiful spot on the Damsterdiep canal, we are looking for a new housemate (M/F) for an indefinite period, starting November 1st (exact date negotiable). The curtains are included. The house was renovated in 2024.

The room is approximately 20m², very bright thanks to the many windows, and has a high ceiling. It also has its own kitchen! The rent is €750 per month, including utilities.

We are looking for a quiet and tidy housemate. You will live with two other people, and you will share the shower and toilet with one other housemate.

The Jumbo supermarket is around the corner, there's a bus stop right outside, and you can be in the center of Groningen within 5 minutes. Can you see yourself living here? Send me a message soon!
