About the place

My youngest son (28 years old) has been living in an apartment for several years and rents out a room to an (international) student. The student currently living there is moving out in June.
The room on the first floor will become available on July 1st.
The room is furnished, approximately 8 m².

Rent: €495 per month, including gas/water/electricity, Wi-Fi, and use of the washing machine.
Deposit: €495.

You share the (new) kitchen and shower with him, but you have your own toilet.
There is NO shared living room, but you can use the dining table if you wish.
Sheets, towels, crockery, cutlery, and glasses are provided.

House rules: No smoking, no shoes inside the house, no pets, and be considerate of the neighbors.

There is a balcony where you can sit outside or dry your laundry.

The property is located in the southern part of the city of Groningen (De Wijert); you can cycle to the city center in about 10 minutes. There are various shops nearby; the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute bike ride away.
The nearest train station is just 2 kilometers away, and a bus stop is around the corner.
