About the place

Student room available from June 1st in shared house on Coronastraat, 5 minutes away from Zernike campus.
Internationals and Dutch welcome :))

The house consists of 3 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The room for rent is located on the first floor (not ground floor). Total size is about 16m2 The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 lovely housemates. 
The monthly cost for this room is 450 EUR, inclusive. there is a small fee of 3-4 euros for the shared washing machine.
Bike parking is possible in the yard.

We are looking for a fun, social person to join our home. There are no extra obligations only to be a decent and tidy person. Safe space for queer people.
