About the place

Hi everyone! 

I am going for an exchange semester so my roommate Isabella and I are looking for a new roomie. My room is available from the 1st of July until 31th of January. 
The place is located in Helpman 10 mins away from the city center and an AH and other shops are 5 mins away by foot. The house is only shared with Isabella. There´s a shared living room, attic (our little jewel where we always have movie nights with our beamer), kitchen, bathrooom, and balcony. My room will be furnished and is quite spacious (18 square meters) and has a very comfortable four poster bed. The rent is 638 euros exclusive. (So there are about 100-150€ additional costs) 
Some things about our roomie life: 
We are two German girls and we enjoy doing things together like cooking and watching movies. The shared life is quite important to us so it would be nice if you’d be interested in that too:)
