A room will become available from July 1, 2026, for an indefinite rental period, located in the city centre of Groningen on Coehoornsingel. This is a quiet street with all necessary amenities such as shops, public transport, and restaurants within walking distance.

Rent: €495 per month (including gas, water, electricity, television, internet, and service costs)
Security deposit: €495
Minimum rental period: 12 months

The house contains four rooms in total. You will share the house with three other residents. The property also includes shared facilities, such as:
